1. First, just accept how you feel.
When you’ve just failed, it will most likely hurts a lot. Sometimes a bit and sometimes a lot.

I’ve found that it works better to not let yourself be lead away by those options or impulses.
But to just be with what I’m thinking and feeling, to try to accept it, to let it in, and to hurt for a while instead of trying to reject it all and to keep it away.
Because when you let it in and accept it then it will go faster and in the long run be less painful to process what has happened.
If you reject how you really feel then those emotions will pop up at unexpected times later on and can make you moody, pessimistic, angry or sad.
First thing is talk to God about your fear and burden.
Ask help from God and you’ll find unexpected way.

3. Ask your comrades, family, or any other experts
Somehow, you need someone who relatable with your condition. They can help you for solving matters you’re facing by giving the advices or clues.
Listen to them, but you should filter it first what you think is the right one. And let you dive right in.
4. Start over
Some people choose to succumb, settle down, and dreaming. I also be like this when depressed and think there’s nothing left to do.
You just have to stand up beneath your fear, doubt, and go through it.
Think about what you should do as the resolution of previous issues and take an action.
5. Release yourself
Want to make a breakthrough? Release yourself!
Don’t let yourself tumbling down and scrolling on the lazy ground. Break the chains.
Sometimes, we think there’s no way and feel so dumb at the moment, stick to the status quo.
